Giovanni Padilla

Giovanni Padilla has been an associate attorney at Luetkehans, Brady, Garner & Armstrong since 2022. Giovanni has focused his practice on regulatory compliance, civil litigation, government representation, eminent domain, real estate and general commercial law. His civil litigation practice includes legal research, including contract formation and dispute resolution.

Health Care Law

Before coming to work for LBGA, Giovanni was working at Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services conducting an audit of 1135 Public Health Emergency Waivers granted during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring all 50 states met criteria of requested waivers. He also reviewed Managed Care Contracts to ensure compliance with Medicaid standards. As a student attorney he has worked at Health Justice Project conducting legal research regarding U.S asylum law to assist a client with her asylum application, drafting formal letters regarding Medicaid on behalf of client, filing formal appeals on behalf of clients accessing CHIP services and completing G-28 forms as part of clients ongoing asylum application.


Giovani received his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2022 with a JD. Health Law Certificate and Compliance Certificate. He graduated from New York University in 2019 with Bachelor of Science and he is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.


Gio is an active member of the American Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Giovanni currently resides in Berwyn, Illinois.
