We represent numerous public and private clients in complex land use matters and eminent domain litigation. Phil Luetkehans has also spoken at numerous seminars relating to municipal and land use law and been appointed as hearing officer for complex land use hearings. The experience we have in land use litigation, municipal and construction matters provides a diverse range of opportunities for our clients. This well-rounded experience proves invaluable in representing both developers in, and objectors to zoning projects, including special use hearings for wind energy projects. Our work in this field allows us to assist clients both for and against zoning applications.

We were the primary attorney responsible for drafting the West Chicago Zoning Ordinance for the DuPage Airport and the DuPage Business Center. We also form and draft necessary property owners’ association documents for numerous clients.

Most recently, we have been heavily involved in obtaining economic incentives for businesses developing property in the DuPage Business Center in West Chicago. We also have an ongoing working relationship with Choose DuPage and have assisted it on many development projects.
