In one example of our breadth of experience, we assisted a prominent developer’s recent purchase of a $10 million office parcel in suburban Cook County. Our work didn’t stop with just the purchase, we assisted in the rezoning of that parcel to accommodate industrial uses, borrowing for the construction of an industrial building, negotiation with the municipality in the permitting process, and the leasing of the site to an industrial end user.
